Karate is our latest activity at Speeders. Every Monday at 18:30 in Ballybane Resource Centre!
Dylan and Shane competed in the Irish Wheelchair Karate Championships at the Loreto Sports Complex, Fermoy, Co. Cork on Sunday May 13th. Well done guys!

The instructor is Tommy Byrne from West Karate Club.

Please note that West Karate Club is also involved with the IWA and runs an adult group in Merlin Park.
